Your data is collected by Stichting Société Musée Lalique Pays Bas and an external processor, CM.com.

Our supplier CM.com, with whom we have a data processing agreement, handles ticket sales. They may use your postcode for profiling.

Data retention period
The Lalique Museum retains the data as long as you are an active visitor or guest. After two to approximately seven years of inactivity, your data will automatically be converted so that it can no longer be traced back to you as a person. This is called anonymization. Your personal data will then be deleted.

Third parties
We will not make your data available to third parties unless required by law. The information is not shared with third parties. In some cases, the information may be shared internally. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

Visual material
We may ask you for permission to use a photo and/or video of you for promotional purposes. We post embedded videos from YouTube, Vimeo, and other providers on our websites and social media. The privacy rules of these platforms apply to this content.
